Overview
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@precisionresearchpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the package and contents.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All refund, replacement, or exchange decisions are subject to review and may be approved or denied at our sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.
Eligibility for Review
To be considered for review, your request should include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, product condition, and contents
- Submission within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally not eligible for return, refund, replacement, or exchange unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion:
- Opened or used products
- Products stored, handled, or maintained improperly after delivery
- Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Requests made outside the stated review window
- Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect
- Orders where delivery issues resulted from carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to retrieve a package
Refunds
If your request is approved, any refund issued will be applied to the original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items when approved after review of damage, defect, missing item, or fulfillment error. If you believe you received an eligible item, email support@precisionresearchpeptides.com with your order number and supporting evidence.
Shipping Issues
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, parcel lockers, mailbox areas, and the shipping carrier.
We may assist with reasonable carrier claim support where appropriate, but we do not guarantee carrier reimbursements, claim approvals, or replacement shipments for carrier-related events outside our direct control.
